Ignore the message on IP addresses saving, for some reason running on admin stopped, done again and saved, phewwwww!

To anyone who can assist,

After last night's show, trying to sort IP addresses on notepad, setup all, on saving I need permission, as not allowing me, does anyone know how to get around this, as been trying too.
